Why do I need a photo booth if I have a photographer?
The booth provides instant and unique entertainment. Your guests are able to get creative while posing with fun props in front of your carefully chosen and personalized backgrounds. Your guests will take home the best party favors in town, their very own prized photo prints as long-lasting mementos of your special event.
What areas do you serve?
Our service area includes zip codes within 30 miles of zip code 29681 including cities in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Laurens, and Pickens counties of South Carolina.
Will you travel to an area that is located outside of your service area?
Yes, we love to travel! In order to compensate for additional expenses, there is a fee of $1.15 per mile up to 60 miles and $2.15 per mile beyond 60 miles.
Will there be an attendant there during my rental?
A friendly host will absolutely be there to attend the photo booth during the event.
Do you charge for props?
A prop box filled with items such as boas, hats, beads, silly glasses, and cut-outs is provided at each event for no extra charge. New premium props that you and your guests will keep at the end of the event will be provided for a fee.
How does the photo booth work?
The booth is simple to operate. It's as easy as stepping inside and pushing a button. A count down is displayed on the monitor so you and your guests can get in perfect position for each photo.
What is the quality of your camera?
The camera we use is a CANON EOS Rebel T3i 18MP 1080p HD video camera.
What is the quality of your printer?
The printer we use is a professional grade HiTi P510S high-speed dye sub digital photo printer.
How many photos are printed at one time?
Two 2"x6" strips of three or four photos or one 4"x6" photo are printed at one time.
How many photos can we take?
Your guests may take an unlimited number of photos during your event, averaging 50-70 sessions per hour.
When are the photos available?
Your photos are available within seconds.
When will my online photo gallery be available?
Guests will have access within one week after the conclusion of the event.
How much space will I need to allow?
A minimum flat surfaced 12' X 12' area is needed for our booth setup and prop and sign-in tables. This amount of space will also allow placement of a guestbook table. Our booth transport includes a full size pickup truck and 6' x 10' cargo trailer. An appropriate parking space will be needed.
What do I need to provide for the booth?
We will need a three prong electrical outlet in order to power the booth. In addition, inside coverage must be available in case of inclement weather for an outside event.
How much time will you need to set-up and tear down the booth?
We will arrive at the event one and one-half hours prior to booth rental time in order to set up. Tear down of the booth is approximately one hour.
Can our photo prints be personalized with our own personal/business information?
Yes, you may choose to personalize your photo prints by choosing from our ready-made templates.
Can you create a unique photo print customized with my own logo and layout?
Our graphic designer will customize an original photo print for an additional charge.
Will it be possible to close the photo booth during a select time of the event?
We realize there may be time during the event that the booth will need to be closed temporarily; thus, booth operation will occur only when it's desired during the event. For idle time there is a fee of $50 per hour.
What happens if I want to keep the booth for longer than the contracted amount of time?
Overtime will be granted whenever possible and will be based upon availability. Payment for any overage in time must be paid before additional hours are provided.
How much is it to reserve a rental?
Receipt of one-half of the balance and the rental agreement reserves your booth. The remainder of the balance is due thirty days prior to your event.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, money orders, and certified checks. We also take payments through Pay Pal.
